C5 begins in February 2018 at Missenden Abbey. The final teaching week runs in September 2018.
As for previous cohorts taking this ground-breaking health communications qualification, 16 places are available. “Advance interest is running at the highest level since we launched in 2015,” explains deputy director, Dr Bill Nichols.
Applications officially close 27 October. “However, we’ve already awarded a number of places to those applying in advance. So we strongly recommend prompt action,” adds Bill.
For qualifying NHS candidates within England, NHS Improvement will again offer matched-funding bursaries. This support forms part of its expanding communications development programme which, according to NHSI’s Alison Brown, aims to “professionalise communications in NHS organisations.”
